But it is our job to control how we think as people. keep positivity in the air. always look on the bright side of things. no drugs or substance will genuinely be good for you or make u happy. being the free sober kid u once were is being happy. dont be afriad to ask others for help. Even til this day i still struggle with the feeling of wanting to use a substance to forget everything. But i know deep inside its not who I am and neither for you. I wish u success on your journey of dealing with emotions towards substance abuse.
