This piece is a piece that gives me an added depth of serenity when I sit with it. I was inspired to paint it after a day on lake Charlevoix ice fishing. I hope that the viewer will view the piece and take a break from the stresses of everyday trials and enter a fantasy world in their mind where life is peaceful and full of beauty and serenity.
