Description
This piece spoke to me when I saw the butterfly because of the vibrant colors. When I first took the photo I did not realize the wing was broken on the butterfly. While some would have deleted the photo and went on with their day, the broken wing stood out to me. The broken butterfly became a symbol for me. Regardless of it's past it still lived a functional life. The butterfly still beautiful in it's own way.
