I am an adult child of a long line of alcoholism. Married into alcoholic family. Tried to keep my children away from alcoholism. The SAVE Program in elementary school helped me start learning. Then, Al-Anon and Al-Ateen, along with high school friendships, helped me see that we all struggle, we have to learn how to think positive with the struggles we are given. Through music, nature, water, sun, stars, moon, friendships, etc. I accentuate my positives moment by moment, day by day💗
